(It is SO hard to find pictures. Why do we cease to exist when we are bigger? I always deleted any photos of myself.)
I had lost a little weight just eating better, but this was my official start:
Hit my original weight loss goal, and my Exercise Goal of doing a Zumbathon!

Original goal: 133. Picture taken at 130.
My plan was Calorie Counting, low-fat, high-protein. Working out frequently at first, but not for very long. Slowly transitioned to longer, more intense workouts and a calorie-level of about 1500/day.
