Today was a rather happy day for me:
It was day 30 of my new lifestyle and... I reached 5% body weight loss
I started on September 26th.
Original weight: 177.3 pounds (80.6Kg)
167.4 pounds (76.1Kg)
muscle: +6.4lbs (2.9Kg)
waist: -3.1" (8cm)
hips: -1.6" (4cm)
arms: -1" (2.5cm)
I didn't actually take a before pic... But I have a pic from my summer vacation, about a month before my new life started.
And I just took some central body pics now
I know I still have a long way to go, but every little counts
