Default New but have lost 28 lbs!! (see the pics!)

Hi, I just signed up on here last night, but IU"m really excited to jump into everything.

I've been eating healthy and exercising 5 - 6 days a week for the past 2 months and I"ve lost 28 lbs so far. (thats 28% of my goal accomplished!!!)

If you can see a difference leave me a message!!

I also have to say that you seem to be one of those people that just looks beautiful regardless of their weight! You also definitely know how to dress; I'm jealous!

Thanks everyone!!!! You're making me feel wonderful!! My weight loss is slower than a crawl for the past 3 weeks so... my trainer wants me to do the Paleo plan. I'm hoping that jump starts my weight loss again. Cause it stinks eating super clean and working out 1.5 - 2 hours a day, 6 days a week and not seeing any results.

I just have to keep telling myself, "You've already lost 28 lbs, you should be proud of that!!"

Heck yeah I can see the difference!!! You are gorgeous! Losing 28 pounds in only 2 months is an amazing accomplishment. You look so happy and proud, as you should be.

Hey girl! yes totally can see a difference! Like you we have the "classic" hour glass shape, so you look so curvy and sexy at any weight! You can tell you have a great little figure there, keep going

Awesome progress so far!! Keep it up! I eat paleo/primal and LOVE how I feel eating like this.
