Yay, I officially weigh less than 200!! FINALLY!
Pushed myself this week with my running - when I felt lilke slowing down I pushed myself to keep my pace up - watching biggest loser on the TM helps motivation. I KNOW they lose weight too quickly and it's not sustainable, or healthy, but I find I get a boost from watching the trainers when they are cracking the whip in the gym. I started some strength training with weights this past week. Maybe this proves that changing a routine helps? I was almost sorta freaked out when I saw 197 on the scale this morning - like WHAT?? That can't be! I've plateaud up a few, down a few the past few weeks so I was starting to struggle.
I heart my weight bench!
