FINALLY - stepped on the scale and saw a lovely 200 today!!

I was looking at pics of myself at 180 from several years back and I look pretty good
To think that's just 20 lbs and not 50 lbs away makes it seem so much more do-able!
Last night I bought a weight bench. I did 15 mins on my eliptical and lifted weights/did some crunches. It was really nice to do something other than run. I hope to tone my arms and legs as I lose weight so I don't have too much mush.
I woke up this morning feeling really good. Most times I am exhausted and barely get out of bed but today I just feel really good. Not sure why but I hope it's all the healthy eating and activity finally kicking in. Feeling so great!
Now I can clean my closet out (my non-food related reward for reaching 200). Yay!!
