I've hit the 30lbs lost mark! I lose weight so slowly, and it's been so hard, but after 10 months I've managed to drop 30! It's getting more and more difficult, but I have to stick with it, no matter how many times I fall off the wagon!!
The weight loss may be slow, but the important thing is that you ARE losing it and you're working to make lifetime changes so you'll never see it again. Keep up the great work!
