I have set myself a mini goal of losing a stone by halloween, I have already loast two pounds in two days so im pretty pleased. Another 12 pounds to go. I know the first week you lose alot of water weight and my friend who did this diet a while ago lost 10 pounds in the first week, so if I can lose anywhere near that in the a week I will be so pleased
it would mean losing only a few pounds the next again week to reach my mini goal.
Anyone else got a mini goal??
