You know how it is. The weight loss stopped and the motivation goes down the freaking drain. You get on the scale to see any progress and NADA. So you slip a little, then a little more, and before you know it you are heading in the WRONG direction???? Well, I did that, and I am happy to say I have been on plan for 3 days again. The scale rewarded me with a downward movement too. So, here's to winning THIS BATTLE.
