Today I'm going to stick to the food plan I wrote out for the day. It's really small but this is the step I'm having the hardest with since I will do good most of the day till the night hits then it's like a black hole opened up. Knowing that I'll come back here and report should give me some motivation
Thanks but didn't go 100%. I did very well till just about an hour ago. I wasn't hungry but needed to eat. I ate like 10 Werther's Original candies. I guess the thing to look at is I stopped and didn't move on to a collection of other foods.
Wasn't a total lose and I plan to make this my mini-goal everyday.
I'll give the challenges a peek tomorrow
