Default Only Nine Pounds To Go!

I finally passed the halfway mark this morning! I've lost 11.2 pounds and am at my lowest weight in over ten years! Only nine more pounds to go, I am so pumped right now! Doing my own little victory dance today

Good. Because dancing burns a lot of calories.

How long did it take you to get here and how did you do it? I find my weight loss so slow now. These last 10

Congratulations!!

Congratulations!!
I started about a year ago and have used both Weight Watchers and plain ol' calorie reduction. I lost about 25 pounds that way, but it was very slow and I was often discouraged and relapsed. I couldn't drop below 135, no matter what I tried. So, I just recently started Ideal Protein (well, a version - using mostly "alternate" products) and I've lost 11 pounds in three weeks. I'm totally stoked about it!

Thanks so much!

Great job!!! I might have to look into that Ideal Protein since my weight loss has slowed way down.

Woo Hoo! Congrats! I have about the same amount to lose as you to get to my goal and my weight loss has really slowed down too.
