40 lbs gone!!!!
 

So, I have been doing Atkins since March 7th, 7 months, and just hit my 40 lb :D mark.......I have also lost 57 inches total (I measure waist, hips, :o gut, boobs, under boobs, thigh, calf).............this way of life really works, I have had a few weeks where I only lost inches and/or pds, but its coming off!!! I am almost half way to my goal, I have another 48 pds I would like to lose.
Just wanted to say, that this way of life does work, i have found so many great recipes that i dont even feel deprived of anything. That's not to say that i havent slipped up a time or two, but we all mess up.
i hope this helps encourage someone who may be thinking of giving up, keep at it, the weight will come off!!! ;)
