30 lbs gone! After the first 20 it's been r.e.a.l.l.y slow, but I'm okay with that (most days . We travel some & that slows me down too. But I'm there...30 lbs down, 2 more & I'll push pause for a bit & regulate & then see if I can take it down 5 more. It's easy to get lax at the end! Maybe b/c the end goes on f.o.r.e.v.e.r!

Congratulations. That's amazing. You'll be in maintenance before you know it. Keep it up.

I can't wait until I get there. I have a little ways to go but the light at the end of the tunnel is there.

Great job!!! I can't wait to be where you are! Such an inspiration I like your approach as well--it doesn't have to be all or nothing, and doesn't need to be immediate! It's a good way of thinking about it

Woo hoo! I got those last 2 off & now my plan is to try to maintain for the next week or so (we're having company, so things will be challenging enough ), then see if I can drop the LAST 5! Oh my word! June 14~the day I went to the bookstore to read a bit & get motivated to "do this thang" was such an important day & I didn't even know it! We view food so differently now & I hope we keep it up!

Wow -- you just started in June? Congratulations!

I started in March and I've got 4 more to go to reach my goal. It was a slow summer for me, a lot of fun times (and food!), so worth the slow pace. But now I'm just sooooo ready to say GOAL!!!
