I have a lot of mini-goals so I'm rewarding myself for every other one. As of this morning I've lost 10% of my starting wait. This is the least I have weighed in over two years. I'm on a roll since I started again on September 4th. I will wow my husband when he comes home and I will be one hot mama by our trip to Vegas next summer!
Current mini-goal: Get back to where I was in February (205)
Positive things I need to remember:
·I'm at a better starting point since I didn't gain it all back yet.
·I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.
·I'm still trying so I can't say I've failed.
