Default Half the woman I used to be!

Ever since I entered onederland, my weight loss has slowed. This week, I really worked hard exercise wise and had some pretty great eating. Today the scale read 171.2 That means that I have officially lost more then 50% of myself!!

Another mini goal down! Next - 12 more pounds and I will be "overweight" instead of obese!

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!

Maintenance Weight Range 150-155 <-- this was in the past, my current goal is to get below 160 and I will reassess from there

Positive things I need to remember:
I'm at a better starting point since I didn't gain it all back yet.
I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.
I'm still trying so I can't say I've failed.
