You seem to have lost the last few lbs quickly right?? I remember you at 304 for a bit and then whoosh... out of the 300s in no time.
So big congrats and kuods... and here's to many more victory posts like this from you in the near future ^_^
Yeah, my speed is definitely improving. There are a couple reasons, including medication changes and choosing to restrict carbs a little further, but I think the biggest change has been my activity level. It's still sedentary, but it's significantly less slug-like.
