I had a goal to walk the long way about to my parents' house on Friday (right at 6 miles).
About 3.5 miles into my walk, I noticed that my arm flab was beginning to chaff!! It eventually became so painful that I called my mom, told her to give me 15 minutes and start driving to meet me. I wound up walking right at 5 miles.
I feel that this is a NSV, because I've lost enough weight that my upper arms actually "move" when I swing them back and forth, thus the chaffing. Weird, because, well, who likes flappy, swaying, chaff-y arm fat?
Still, though NSV!
Hopefully, eventually my upper legs may start chaffing, too.
