I started this back in May and lost about 15 lbs. Then over the summer I went on a few vacations and got pretty lazy about everything and gained back a few. I recommitted myself on September 4th and now I'm down 20 lbs.
My husband is currently deployed and should be home sometime the beginning of next year. We've decided not to video Skype the entire time he's gone this time so that we can surprise each other (his goal is a 6 pack). I'm determined to do this once and for all. I'll be 27 next month and I'm determined to enter my 30s in a few years in the best shape of my life.
Thats sooo good!!! Thanks for sharing keeps me on my toes because Im on the same page with you went from 289 to 238.5 and doing it while my husband is on his deployment so excited to see you threw this!!!!! Good luck!!
I love the not Skype-ing thing!!!! My hubby was gone for almost 2 months when I started my new way of eating/working out/etc, and we also decided not to Skype/send pictures, hehe...It was awesome when he came home to a totally different person!!!! I totally recommend it.
