Talking Lost My First 20 Pounds
I finally got past my plateau of 171 after about a week and a half. I got home, and ended up weighing 170.8. FINALLY! I am so ridiculously happy.
I am joining the United States Navy soon, and I need to lose ten more pounds to be at the max weight for my height, then I can finally enlist into the DEP program in October. 30 more pounds till I get to my goal!
