40 lbs gone! FOREVER

I started at 220 and am now at 179! Yay... I have done mostely smart calorie counting with limeted natural carbs from veggies and fruit. I also did a seven day juice fast and drink fresh juice in my daily Routine....
I exercize at least every other day. Mostly running and walking...
