I just make baked sweet potato fries. I cut them into fry shapes, sprinkle them with salt, pepper, some cinnamon, a little splenda(optional) and bake thrm for about an hour at 350 F on a pan sprayed with cooking spray. They actually taste pretty good dipped in a little bit of sour cream. Hope you like them!
