Default 100 days!

Today is my 100th day on the Dukan Diet. I've been on plan every day - the most I've ever strayed is tiny - like a piece of cheese tiny. (It's a low fat and very low carb plan). I've NEVER found it this easy to stay on plan before and part of this is a feeling that I might jinx myself if I cheated, and lose this magical ability to stay on plan! lol!

And oh yeah, I've lost over 38 lbs in these 100 days. I am sure there are some who lose faster than that, but that's almost twice as fast as I normally lose, so it feels fantastic. I am not sure what my final goal will be, but whatever it is, I know I've made great progress in getting there and feel excited and enthusiastic to keep going.

On to the next 100 days!

Good for you! That's over 2.5 lbs a week!

My mom has been having great success with Dukan as well - 20lbs or so on and off since the spring. She has mentioned that when she strays the weight does come back on though.

that's the sad truth of all diets, though, isn't it? You go back to the way you ate before that put all the weight on in the first plan, and it's not a big surprise that the weight comes back! (I know I've done it too many times myself!)
