When I started my new job about a year and a half ago, I let my exercise routine and eating habits go way out of whack. My weight went up and up, and I kept trying to go to the gym and watch what I ate, but I had so much less free time, and was surrounded by goodies, good food, and my boss buying me lunch and stocking the candy dish. I think I gained a good 25 plus lbs, yikes
I finally really buckled down and have lost 10 of that, my ticker is correct now (at 251). I was down to 237 at one point. I stopped moving it up after 251. I really want to get back to that 237 and below.
I lost the 10 lbs at a much quicker rate than I have been losing for a few years. I'm much more ready to do what I have to do to get this off than I have been in a long time. I just need to keep my head in the right place
