Default NSV, Graduated from C25K

Just wanted to quickly share my NSV that I ran week 9 of C25K yesterday and did a 30 minute run today. I graduated! It can be done!

And for people trying C25K (a running program where you run and walk and increase the running every week), the first summer I tried I never got off week one. ONE YEAR LATER I'm a graduate. So if you're struggling, take a break and keep trying, it's worth it!

Way to go!!! I've also "graduated" (though I've never done better then 5k in 35 minutes) and I agree it can be very tough but it is so worth it!
