Smile First 2 goals hit on the same day!

Not only did I hit my 'lose 10 lbs' minigoal, but my second was to be able to fit in my jeans comfortably. I hadn't been wearing them because of the heat (I'm in the midwest where we've had heat advisories for a week), but I put them on to go to town today....I didn't have to suck it in to button, or even hop to zip! I was actually pulling them up all day!
Bought myself a water bottle as a reward (so that I can wean off the diet pop).

Congrats!! I think clothes are a great way to track progress. Numbers are kinda meaningless til you see how they're changing things in your everyday life.

Good choice on trying to sub water for diet pop... I know some people don't care since it's calorie free, but there's something about aspartame that is kind of worrisome. I don't know much about it but it freaks me out a bit! I have been good lately but I always give into diet tonic water (with gin, of course).
