Default 2 months and 30 lbs gone forever!

I started my weight loss journey on June 1, 2011. This morning I woke up and I have officially hit the 30lbs mark! I honestly never though I could get this far and now there is no turning back!

No secret. I counted calories for the first month and a half and just added in exercise about a week or two ago. My biggest hurdle was getting my eating habits under control. I keep a food journal and track my calories on Livestrong.

I am calorie cycling. Some days I only eat 800 and then on the weekends I go as high as 1800. I make it average out to 1200 a day for the week.
