Talking 2nd and 3rd Mini Goals

My 2nd Mini goal was to lose 15 pounds by the time I got my ticker. That will be in 3 days. I've already met that goal!!!!

My 3rd Mini Goal I've decided to lose 10 more pounds by September 1st. I keep telling myself "I think I can I think I can F*ck it, I know I can"!

I go back to work on Monday. Off for the summer, It's a teacher thing. I've come up with a plan to help me along! I will pack my lunch every day. Take some "snacks" that are 100 calories or less. I can have one a day while at work. My lunch and breakfast will be cottage cheese and fruit, yogurt and granola, celery and peanut butter with raisins, etc. Things like that. I started eating this way towards the end of last school year and really noticed a difference in how full I was all day. I had to force myself to eat dinner.

Hopefully this is not the time for my weight loss to slow down. I will be much more active than I have been this summer. Plus, I think being in a regular routine will help alot as well. Wish me luck!

A routine helps a lot with my eating, I've found. Free time = wanting to eat because I'm bored, for me at least. Congrats on the minigoals, keep it up!
