I started this journey to a healthier me about a month ago with a mini-goal of making healthier food choices and exercising for one month to see what would happen. When I weighed in on Saturday, I had lost about 10lbs and 3 inches in my waist and hips. I was excited to have made progress since I am *older.*
I have a long way to go, but I'm taking one step at a time and trying to enjoy the journey rather than endure it.
