I have a NSV I'm so excited to share. I normally run 4 days a week, and recently I've upped my distance by half a km. I know a ton of you can run marathons no sweat but.. let's just say I have to work up to that.
ANYWAY, this morning, I ran 3K without stopping (!) in 16:01! Normally I stop about halfway through to stretch out my legs, but this morning I decided to just hit the lap button on my phone and keep going as long as I could.. and I did it!
Next goal: to be able to do a 5K in the same way!
