It's been a long time since I've posted something, but I'm happy to say that I'm FINALLY at 147lb!!! been a long time since I've seen that number! I feel great and I'm very proud of my accomplishments! YES it can be done!
I'm eating healthy-loads of veggies and fruits and keeping my fat intake between 15 and 20 grams per day...walking an average of 4 km per day.
I am full of energie and loving it!
