Default 15 lbs in a month!
Today I officially am down 15 lbs! I'll take it! 12 more to go for the next goal...my next plan is to stay there for a short while so my body can readjust to the "new normal" then go for the last 10. Good luck to all y'all! I don't post on here much (uh, ever), but I love coming to these boards for resources & support!

Wow Congratulations! I am the same way, I like to look through the boards but not a big poster! It is always so motivating to read posts like yours, it reminds me that my goal is attainable and to keep working hard! Thanks!
