Congrats! That is absolutely a great accomplishment!
I have struggled with running/jogging my entire life, regardless of my weight. Way to go!!!
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below: 3/24/15
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
