Congrats! That is absolutely a great accomplishment! I have struggled with running/jogging my entire life, regardless of my weight. Way to go!!!
First goal: under 180:
Second goal: 175 or below:
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
That's awesome! I remember when I started two months, I was huffing and puffing, lol. Now I run 2.5 miles three times a week. The first time I ran the whole way, I was ecstatic! It really is an awesome feeling. My only regret is that I didn't start running a lot sooner. Keep going!
