NSV#1
The last straw was, for me, buying a frumpy bra in a size uk32F, us32G.
I put on my bra this morning, noticed it was slightly tighter, checked the size and-32DD I am down 2 cup sizes with my weight loss!

NSV#2
I swam a half mile-18 laps/36lengths. A few weeks ago I was winded from a mere 5 laps!

I think dropping clothes sizes may be one of my absolute fav ways to see weight loss! And big congrats on the swim- I'd drown if I had to make even 5 laps! Swimming takes some serious 'all over' fitness.

Yay! I've noticed less upper-boob spillage of my own recently, great job Swimming really tires me out, but I'm excited to try it sometime as another form of exercise.
