Very excited about this as I did much of enough this week; first full week of summer vacation and all I did was read the entire Hunger Games series of books on my Nook (very good by the way). Just watched what I eat but only worked out twice.
Starting a new diet this week, the 17 Day Diet. Let's see if the hype is all that! Also going to add Kettlenetics to the Zumba, with two 20-30 minute workouts each day, AM & PM per 17DD.
