Just my opinion, but as long as you're losing weight by following a healthy diet and exercise plan, I don't see a problem.
They say that 1-2 lbs a week is considered just fine. So that puts you at just over 2 lbs/week. Assuming you're like most of us, you probably dropped 5 or 6 lbs your first week. Making you're average weekly loss less than 2 lbs. Sounds to me like you're doing great.
