So I'm trying to lose 13 pounds as of today and I lost 3 lbs in 3 days!!
The only thing I did was eat less. I didn't even exercise or do/eat anything special...I pretty much was on the computer the whole time. I don't think it was water weight because I've always drank (is "drank" a word?) a lot of water, like literally 10 glasses a day.
While I'm happy that I did this, I have no idea what happened. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you know what happened exactly?
