This is actually my first post on 3fc but I have been a lurker for awhile now = o) Definitely good motivation and very helpful!
I have a history of being overweight in my family. I have always been very slim even after having two babies. After my 3rd (April 2009) I have been dealing with some depression, a job that requires me to sit all day, and stress! After eating horrible, not being active and drinking a ton of sodas I have got up to around 170. I finally decided it was time to do something about it!
I started at 165 (when I decided it was time) and have lost 15.5 lbs in about 6 weeks. I am down to 149.5....hoping to get to 130ish. I gave up soda, have been eating a lot healthier & trying to work out as much as possible (even though it is hard with job and kids!). I can't see too much of a difference in my pics. I know I need to work on toning up along with losing but it's a start!!
