Default Hit "one"derland today - one of my big dreams!

Besides my tentative end goal of 175, I was dreaming, waiting, excitedly anticipating getting to below 200 pounds. For me, that's the weight that invisibly separates the 'normal' weight people and the very overweight people (for most women at least).

Now I still have a lot of flab, but losing 55 pounds is nothing to sneeze at! it's a huge chunk of this journey.

I hope I see it on the scales again tomorrow, but if not, very soon.

I've gone from loose size 20W to a comfortable size 14 (no W) in clothing. I have exercised for 201 hours in 2011 and I went from having uncontrollable diabetes numbers and scary high blood pressure to having normal blood pressure and blood sugars controlled by diet and fitness. I am truly getting healthy and this journey has been much smoother than I thought it would be. I guess I was ready.


Now onward to getting to 175!!!

Restart 5/18/15 began at 263.9. All time high was 275 in 7/03. Low in Summer 2012 of 169.

You're doing an awesome job! I hope to meet you in onederland soon. Great job on getting your B/P & blood sugar under control too. I'm working hard to lower my B/P and hopefully be taken off of meds.

That is outstanding--congratulations!

It's especially good news about your better BP numbers and and blood sugar. You looked good when you first posted and you look even better now, but I'll bet you FEEL the difference too.
