27 lbs down but not set a goal
hi all,
its week 9 and am another 2lbs down my weight is 203lbs am losing and just going with the flow but dont know what a gud goal weight to go for am 5'4 26 yrs old i have one child or shall i not set a goal and once am happy with my shape and size to stop losing and maintaining |
I think that you should keep doing whatever works for you!! Having a weight to work towards is a good way to work towards something but at the same time continuing to lose and work towards a smaller, fit body is just as rewarding!!!
Congrats on the weight loss though!:) You're almost in the 100's! Body calculator says you should be around 154 for your height and age but I never trust those things, your body type, bone mass, all of that should be weighed in too! |
