For the past few months I've been struggling to get below 69kg(150pouds-ish) - always wavering between 69-70kg. I found these all at 5kg marker - 90kg, 85kg, 80kg, 75gk, and now 70kg. But the good news is that there's only one after this! 65kg, till my goal at 60kg (130ishpounds?)!
ramped up my exercise at the gym. At least 10 hours of classes.
4 BodyPump session -weights/resistance
6 cardio/aerobic - combination of BodyStep, BodyAttack, BodyCombat and RMP.
I would do at least TWO sessions a day, with two rest days. Sometimes I even did more.
Today I checked my weight, since last fortnight:
Today I am 67.8kg!
7.8kg (17 pounds) left to lose!
My Body fat is also down from 25.5% to 24.8%. My goal is to be healthily between 15% and 20% bodyfat. And I hope to have reached goal by the end of the year!
EDIT: My BMI is also now in the 22's! 22.4!!! WOOOOOOOO!
