I was so surprised when I weighed in this morning and saw I not only passed the first 10 lb goal, but passed it by 2 lbs!
I was not expecting it so I had to step on the scale twice to believe what I was seeing
I know it shouldn't be a day maker/breaker but I was just so encouraged. Running was really hard last night - must have been tired because it was TORTURE in the last 7 minutes
So, NOW I get to choose a non-food related reward...what will it be?? Maybe some whitestrips? Maybe a pedicure? Maybe some itunes? I'll see what the weekend brings
