5% in one month!
I started weighing myself and staying OP on 5/15. I had one setback where I gained 9lbs of water weight in one weekend because I ate a lot of junky things, but I recovered from that (took me a week) and now I've lost a total of 5% of my starting body weight. Hooray!
Current mini-goal: Get back to where I was in February (205)
Positive things I need to remember:
·I'm at a better starting point since I didn't gain it all back yet.
·I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.
·I'm still trying so I can't say I've failed.
