Ten Percent

When you're looking to lose the amount I am, 9 pounds doesn't seem like that much. But, in trying to encourange myself, I've realized that that means I have lost nearly ten percent of the weight I want to. It may not be a true mini-goal, but it sure put a smile on my face this morning :)
