Soooo, I joined this site in November of 2010 at a weight of 250 and i was wearing a size 22. When 2011 rolled around, I realized it was time for me to get serious about losing this weight because I wanted to be smaller by May 7 (My Birthday).
So for the last month or two, I have been able to maintain my weight at 221-224 depending on how much water I'm retaining or how bloated I am lol. I was happy about the loss and now I wear size 18
My goal is to reach AT LEAST 185 and to help with my portion-control, I have stared using Sensa! Got my 3-Month starter kit in the mail yesterday and have been using it all day so far. It's quite simple to remember to "Shake" and I'm hoping I get some good results
I'm not gonna give up and I hope you guys stay on your paths also, whatever those paths may be!! We can do it Ladies, so don't tell yourself otherwise
