I have been dieting and trying to acheive my goals slowly! Since April 12 I have been working out, eating better, and drinking a ton of water! Three things I have always had a hard time sticking with!
Today I weighed in and I have lost a little over 20 Pounds!!!!
I'm so excited to have reached this goal and to have this feeling of accomplishment that I have!!!
I have so much more to go, but I'm READY!
