I'm so excited to report that I'm another 5 lbs lighter! I was feeling that I had dropped some weight since I've been sick and really haven't been eating a lot.
I went to workout yesterday and decided to weigh myself, the scale read 220 and I silently celebrated!
I haven't been 220 since early 2009! Working out later to keep the weight going down!!!
Current mini-goal: Get back to where I was in February (205)
Positive things I need to remember:
·I'm at a better starting point since I didn't gain it all back yet.
·I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.
·I'm still trying so I can't say I've failed.
