I wasn't sure if I should post anything in this subforum, but why not celebrate? I'm officially more than one quarter into my weight loss. I've tentatively fixed my weight loss goal at 140 lbs, which is half of my starting weight. I've never been a healthy weight since I was a child. This is my first real effort to lose the pounds. It's been slow going (I started last year in February), but the changes I've made have stuck.
I guess this would count too. I looked at my ID, which was issued in 2006, and it says my weight is 241. I've been 240-243 the last few days, so I suppose my weight finally matches my ID after all these years. It's not as big a deal since I was guessing at the time, but it's still nifty.
