30lbs down + NSV!
 

today i weighed in at 269.6. just over 30 pounds down from my top/starting weight of 300lbs. that's 10% lost in about 2 months (i started march 15th). it also means i am out of the morbidly obese category, with a BMI of 39.9. i was so happy i nearly screamed this morning. my goal this week was to drop out of the morbidly obese category before my wedding this saturday.

also, in anticipation of packing for the honeymoon, i tried on the bathing suit i bought last year in january before our vacation (hot tub woo!) but it didn't fit. it was too tight in the stomach and in the chest. now it fits! :D it's not super flattering, because i've got a round stomach but hey, last year it wouldn't even fit.

(p.s. there are progress photos on my blog, linked to the left, i don't really see much of a change minus a deflating double chin, but every 10 pounds i take a pic)

AWESOME JOB!! How did you do it? What are your eating/workout plans? I'd love some inspiration :D
