Default WOW,IM OUT OF THE 30's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i just hit my first mini goal this morning

it was 2 get out of the 30's.
im 228.5 now!!!!
im just so happy and i thank god because i know i couldnt have done it w/out him.
and i know the effexor has helped me a whole lot as well.(i lost 11lbs in 5 weeks)
next mini goal is 2 get out of the 20's and exercise more.

its so funny how when you think about losing weight and youre not making an effort 2 do it,the months go by so fast and then you realize,WOW i could have lost 40 lbs by now.lol

but i guess you live and learn.
