Default Officially Getting Started

My mini-goals for this month are :

1. Start Beginners Fitness Program
2. Start counting calories and portioning correctly.
3. Cut out HORRIBLE carbs from my diet (I.E. white starches - potatoes and bread)
4. Work on feeling better about my self image. (This will be my biggest challenge)
