Today is the 9th day of my healthy living and the beginning of my life goals.
I have spent most my life as an overweight and unhealthy person.
in the last 9 days i have reached three major mini goals!
1. i went to the gym for 6 days straight.
2. I went to the gym by myself. (it was very hard)
3. I sped walked/ ran to my boyfriends house from my house. (about 3 miles)
